Super Typhoon Champi’s trough to bring rain to parts of Luzon, Visayas

MANILA, Philippines — The trough of Super Typhoon Champi, which is being monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), will bring rain to most part of Luzon and Visayas on Tuesday, according to the state weather bureau.  In the 5 a.m. weather forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration, weather specialist
