Rodante Marcoleta may possibly break the record, Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla said on Friday.  Remulla made this remark as Ombudsman’s special prosecutors finished presenting its evidence before the Sandiganbayan Third Division on the first day of plunder trial last week.
