JV Ejercito visited on Thursday the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Valenzuela Depot and Metro Manila Subway System project site with Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez, along with representatives from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Embassy of Japan, and project contractors, to inspect the progress of the country’s major railway projects.
