SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) is bringing its Piso Caravan to Ilocos Sur, where residents can exchange unfit or mutilated Philippine currency for new banknotes or e-money. The Piso Caravan will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Barangay San Juan in Candon
