BOC sets up office for domestic stakeholder affairs

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is tightening its oversight of engagements with government agencies, business groups, and other stakeholders through a new office that coordinates partnerships and monitors their implementation. Under Customs Memorandum Order No. 17-2026, the BOC created the Customs Local Affairs Office (CLAO) to institutionalize a framework for domestic stakeholder
